In this capacity she represented the rights of foster children in the IEP (Individual Educational Plan) process in order to help determine the best educational plan for these children who have learning challenges. She also has experience with children who have been diagnosed with Asperger’s, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Ms. Drennan has experience with the McKay Scholarship for children with disabilities and has assembled a wonderful group of associates and professionals to assist in the planning and care of those with disabilities.. Ms. Drennan was appointed by Broward County Probate Judge Speiser as a Guardian ad Litem on a wrongful death case Jason Turchin’s office was handling. She eventually merged her practice into his, and their team continues to advocate for their clients.
