Attorney Jill L. Uehara was born and raised in Wailuku, Hawaii.. She is a graduate of St. Anthony Jr./Sr. High School.. In 2010, Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in Politics with a Certificate in African Studies.
