Mark moved his family to Idaho in 1987 and has worked in private practice ever since. While his practice has always included wills, trusts and probate work, it was in 2001 that Mark focused his practice entirely on estate planning. Mark has co-authored several manuals for attorneys and has regularly taught attorneys and other professionals on the subjects of estate and legacy planning as well as asset protection and tax planning. Mark is also a frequent lecturer to financial professionals and insurance agents on the same topics..
