Jeff graduated with the Highest Distinction from the University of Kansas School of Business in 1999 and earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to practice law in Kansas in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Heiman served as a research attorney for the Honorable Lee A. Johnson, who then, was a Judge on the Kansas Court of Appeals.
