My estate planning interests led me to become a trustee for several of my clients over time. That service is one that has been a rewarding part of my practice. I enjoy servicing others, and the fiduciary relationship a trustee plays in a person's life can be a very important and challenging role.. It brings my accounting background, by analysis of the various valuation techniques, and my law background, researching and drafting the document, into one exercise. In 2009 I decided that I wanted to enhance my practice by learning about expert witness testimony. I became a certified financial forensic expert witness in early 2010.
