I graduated from Pattonville High School in St. Louis County in 1980, received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1986, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Washington University in 1988, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Washington University School of Law in 1996. I was licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri in 1996.. As a young adult I was a keyboardist in a small contemporary jazz band which performed in various venues in and around St. Louis and I studied jazz piano privately and at Webster University. Later, I worked as a social worker where I gained experience and training that I credit for my organizational, listening and problem solving techniques that serve my legal practice well. I make personal service and open and frequent communication with clients indispensable components of my law practice.. After becoming a lawyer, I worked as an assistant public defender with the Missouri State Public Defender's System from 1996 to 1998, serving primarily the Camden County, Lake of the Ozarks area. I entered the private practice of law by joining the Camdenton, Missouri law firm of Phillips, McElyea, Carpenter & Welch, P.C. as an Associate in March of 1998 and became a shareholder of the firm in the year 2000. I was engaged in the general practice of law with this firm until July 31, 2014.. Propelled by a vision that I had to give birth to, with the help and support of family and friends, on August 1, 2014, I launched my own law firm, O’Donnell Law Center. I feel like I have been preparing for that my entire life. The Center’s business model is based upon cutting edge technology, customer service, efficiency and building life-long relationships.. My husband "Bob" and I have two sons, Michael and Jared. Michael is a scientist, and Jared is in high school, enjoying track, mixed marshal arts training and computer gaming. We share our household with a delightful German Short Hair Pointer “Lady." Bob and I enjoy trips on our Harley, growing flowers and vegetables in our raised-bed garden, challenging ourselves with cooking and eating exotic foods and squeezing that last mile out of our all-electric car. We have become a family of bee keepers, and our number of hives keeps growing.

AREAS OF PRACTICEErnie Ueligger focuses his practice areas in personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and family law (divorce, child custody, paternity, adoption, ex parte/orders of protection). Consistent with the basic principles Nathan Jones Law was founded on, Ernie purposely limits his practice areas to what he knows best and to what he has practiced in since graduating law school. Before entering into a partnership with Nathan Jones, Ernie honed his craft and specialty in these areas of law for 6 ½ years at one of the most highly regarded personal injury/trial firms in central Missouri. Since his admission to practice law in 2011, Ernie has represented individuals in both federal and state courts and has tried jury trials and negotiated settlements totaling millions of dollars.. SMALL-TOWN, COMMUNITY ROOTSRaised in a small town (Bunceton, Missouri), Ernie knows and has never forgotten the importance of community, watching out for and helping your neighbor, and hard work. With a father who worked two full-time jobs and a mother who worked a full time job while raising three kids, Ernie learned that you have to fight for the things that matter the most. After graduating from Bunceton High School in 2004, Ernie became the first “Ueligger” to ever attend college and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Missouri in 2008. After college, Ernie pursued his dream of a legal education at the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri, where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 2011.The combination of his love for people and hard work has not only led to significant results, but also close relationships with clients, both past and present, that is conducive to the attorney-client relationship and communication. Ernie’s number one priority is assisting individuals and making the community a safer and better place to live for our families and our communities.. PERSONALErnie is married to his high school crush, Nikki, and together, they raise their four children: Elijah, Hannah, Easton, and Emmitt. In his personal time, Ernie enjoys movie nights, park dates, and taking walks with his wife and kids. I began my career focused on consumer protection legal work when a mover destroyed all of my furniture and gave me fake insurance information shortly after I passed the bar. Trying to turn a negative experience into a positive one, I began volunteering as a consumer protection attorney for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. I volunteered there full time for several months prior to starting a law practice with a classmate in St. Louis County. In that firm, my focus was on civil litigation matters and estate planning. I handled primarily consumer protection cases, including auto dealer fraud, home contractor disputes, debt collection defense, and representing tenants against landlords.. I went on to found Flesner Wentzel, a general practice firm in St. Charles, Missouri in 2013. I continue to selectively handle consumer protection, estate planning, and probate matters, however my primary focus at Flesner Wentzel is family law cases. For more than five years, I have been helping clients with dissolutions, paternity cases, child custody, and child support matters. Our firm is not afraid to handle complex cases. We work hard and ask for extraordinary relief when it is necessary. Our willingness to handle cases that are outside the typical case have lead us to do complicated adoption work, work to get a child back after being kidnapped by family members, grand parents rights and third party custody cases, and LGBT dissolutions of civil unions/divorces. While no one "wins" in family law cases, my firm and I give clients reasonable expectations and work hard to achieve our clients' goals.. When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and ecape rooms!

Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, I enjoy the outdoors and am a life-long athlete. I have served my country for the past eleven years as a JAG officer, and although I am fiercely competitive, I understand that everyone has their own definition of what it means to "win" when it comes to interpersonal conflict and litigation. It is important to me that my clients understand what is going on in their case and why; where they are at and where they are going. I do not have associates so my clients deal directly with me and my paralegal, Gabrielle. My goal is to get my clients from point A to point B (wherever that may be for them) as quickly, easily and cheaply as possible, with the understanding that sometimes cases are not very quick or easy or cheap if there are difficult personalities or issues involved.
