Charles F. Hollis, III (“Chuck”) was born in Covington, Kentucky. He is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University (B.A. History & Political Science, summa cum laude), the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D.), and the University of Helsinki Faculty of Law (LL.M. International Law) in Finland.
