John F. McCaffrey is a Partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis LLP where his practice focuses on complex business litigation, white collar criminal defense, and professional malpractice. John has served as an independent special counsel for two Ohio attorneys general and as a Franklin County assistant prosecutor. He currently serves as an acting judge in Lakewood Municipal Court for the Honorable Patrick Carroll.. Kevin J.
