The letter claims the driver was responsible, but the police report does not clearly state fault. This appears to be a subrogation request, not a court judgment. What are the best next steps? Can claims like this be negotiated? Should an attorney be involved for the court date or insurance claim? Any advice from people who have dealt with Ohio uninsured accidents would be appreciated.
