In 1981, Gary Richardson was appointed by President Ronald Regan as the United States Attorney. He served in this position until 1984. Upon the expiring of his term, Gary opened his own law firm. Noble McIntyre was born in Fargo, North Dakota in 1970. In 1971 his family moved to a small town in western Oklahoma called Burns Flat. After graduating from high school in 1988, Noble attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he obtained a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business.
