And I wished those clients had come to me sooner.. Predictably, the sweet spot is assisting with buying and selling businesses. In the past year I was happy to help a long-time client sell six McDonald’s locations; assist a client with the purchase of a hotel and the attendanct fiancing; and help a new client purchase multiple sites for a new wholesale liquor business (Working with the PA Liquor Control Board was a real treat.)
