I founded Monarch Legal so that I could protect the civil rights of all individuals in this country and to help immigrants to get legal status in the U.S. I am here to fight for my client's rights wherever I am needed, from federal court to immigration court to the local Visa office.. Given my background drafting memos and opinions for a judge on the Federal Court of Appeals, I know a lot about class actions, constitutional rights, due process, administrative law, and more. Attorney Joel A. A word about fees:  The fee you pay and the way you pay it, depends on the type of case you have.  Fees among attorneys vary depending on their office location, the number of years in practice and the skill of the attorney.  Typically, you get what you pay for.. For Social Security Disability Claims, we do not charge a fee for the initial consultation.  In claims for benefits, fees for a Social Security Disability claim are typically 25% of the past-due benefits, with a cap of $ 6,.  In most cases for benefits, we do not charge a fee unless we win your case.   We will not charge a fee unless you know what the fee is going to be and agree in writing beforehand.. For Probate Cases usually the most valuable service we offer is the initial consultation.  We charge a flat fee of $ for the initial, half hour consultation.  If the consultation lasts significantly longer than one hour, the additional time may be charged at $ per hour.  During the initial consultation, I will not only answer your questions, but also give you information about the process, and what to expect emotionally, financially, and legally, throughout your legal proceedings.  I will also try and help you determine whether your problem can be solved outside of court.  It is also a time for you to meet my staff and other attorneys in our office who will work with me to assist you throughout the attorney/client relationship.. In most situations, our price structure to prepare Estate Planning Documents follows this schedule:. $ to prepare a basic Last Will and Testament.. $ to preapre a Tennessee Power of Attorney for Financial Decisions. $ to prepare an Appointment of Healthcare Agent (formerly known as a Living Will.. $ to prepare each Quit-Claim Deed. Joe began his career in 1978 and is one of Tennessee's most experienced civil trial lawyers. He has maintained an active trial practice in Tennessee & Georgia throughout his career. In recognition of his outstanding trial skills, he was first certified in 1995 by The National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate.. He received his first mediation training in 1991 from the American Arbitration Association.
