Practice Areas: Education
I am passionate about bringing due process to students accused of sexual assault and ending the biased manner in which these situations are handled in universities at the present time. I am a volunteer spokesperson for SAVE SERVICES, a non-partisan organization that seeks to restore due process to the campus judicial system, both politically and practically through training and education. Most of my clients are males falsely accused of sexual assault or other students who have been disciplined unfairly by their school or univerisity. I am a former social worker, with a masters degree and license in that field. I use my social work degree, my expereience working inĀ  high school as a sex education teacher and my legal experience to professionally assist students accused under Title IX.. I live in Nashville with my husband of 25 years, two children and many pets. In my free time, I paint, read and travel.
