Thank you for taking a few mintues to learn about me and perhaps help you decide if I can be of service to you for your legal needs. I have been practing law since 2004. Prior to actively practicing law, I worked as a police officer in Smryna, TN and later as a police officer in Nashville, TN, where I left as a Sergeant to pursue my law career. I attended Motlow State Community College and achieved an Associates Degree in Social Science in 1994. I then attended Middle TN State University and achieved a second Associates Degree in Law Enforcement as well as Bachelor Degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Sociology in 1998. I attended the Nashville School of Law in the evenings while working full-time with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and graduated in 2004. I am married with two children and basically spend my free time playing chauffeur, driving them to their various sporting activities, therefore my hobbies are basically non-existent. I do try to make it to the gym regularly, but that is the extent of my hobby like activiites! My primary areas of focus are domestic relations including divorce, custody, child suport, and family adoptions as well as criminal defense at the state level. I am also a Rule 31 family law mediator.

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, I graduated high school from Ezell Harding Christian School in Antioch, Tennessee. I then attended Samford University, in Birmingham Alabama, and double majored in Political Science and History.. I received a full scholarship to Pepperdine School of Law and graduated in the top 3% of my class as the highest ranking female. I was inducted into the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers.
