Caroline has worked her entire career to help clients who have been harmed by the negligent or intentional acts of wrongdoers. During her legal career, Caroline has successfully represented hundreds of clients in personal injury matters, including accidents involving vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, and tractor trailers.. In 2021, Caroline decided to open a law firm in her hometown, Sparta, Tennessee, to focus on helping individuals and small businesses in the Upper Cumberland region and Middle Tennessee. Since opening her own firm, Caroline has continued to focus her practice on representing individuals who have been injured as a result of others’ negligence, as well as other civil litigation matters, such as eminent domain and condemnation and contract and insurance coverage disputes.. A sixth-generation White County, Tennessean, Caroline graduated from White County High School and attended Tennessee Tech University for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. After graduating from Tech, Caroline attended the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor. After graduating, Caroline moved back to Middle Tennessee and represented clients in personal injury matters at the Law Offices of John Day, P.C. from 2014 until 2020.. Caroline has been recognized for her leadership and experience. In 2020, she was selected as a member of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law class, and in 2019, Caroline was selected as one of the twenty-five members of the 2019 Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum. In 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, Caroline was named a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star.. Not only is Caroline committed to helping her clients, she is also committed to serving in the legal community. Caroline is a member of the Nashville Bar Association where she is a Managing Editor and co-chair of the Nashville Bar Journal. In 2016, she was named “Contributor of the Year” for her work on the Journal. She is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Lawyers’ Association for Women, Marion Griffin Chapter, where she serves on the Board as a newsletter editor, and the Upper Cumberland Young Lawyers Association, where she served as the 2019 – 2021 President.
