Attorney Joel A. Cannon, Jr. received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Texas and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxvile, Tennesse in 1998.  He associated with the Law office of Piper, Waters and Witt and began to hone his legal skills as a litigator. Mr. Cannon joined James Foglesong and founded The Law Offices of Foglesong and Cannon in 1991.  He served as the  president and founder of Citizens for Better Law Enforcement, Inc. (C.B.L.E.)
