David Moraine is the Chief Legal Officer for Low T Center, HerKare, and their affiliates, a position he has held since 2012. During that time, the company has grown from three locations, to more than fifty clinics nationwide. Mr. Moraine is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York, and is admitted to practice in several federal district courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
