Location: Texas I had gone to the ER multiple times this year. I requested the medical records and have only received records for one visit as of yet. In the records I just received, I noticed multiple errors and diagnosis. I was not fully conscious as I was going through a severe condition. There was a very disturbing nurse note on the paperwork that made me concerned about what happened to me. I’ve called several medical malpractice lawyers but I’m not sure if it would be looked into.
