Born and raised in Ranger, Texas, Reagan Herod has substantial experience in employment and labor issues, including multi-plaintiff wage and hour collective action.. Prior to joining The Gibson Law Group, Reagan served as Associate General Counsel for FTS International. As in-house counsel, Reagan represented his corporate client in all phases of litigation. For 5 years, he counseled his client and company management on a wide variety of legal issues, including administrative actions, commercial litigation, employment and labor litigation, personal injury litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. Reagan had primary responsibility for handling all administrative proceedings on behalf of FTS International and routinely dealt with federal and state agencies (EEOC, DOT, MSHA, OSHA, TCEQ and TWC)..
