Named one of Vermont’s “Top 40 under 40” lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers, Mike Munson has a reputation for excellence, having co-authored and collaborated on multiple U.S. Supreme Court cases, and argued before the Vermont Supreme Court. Munson has a diverse range of practice areas, including criminal defense, family law, personal injury, bankruptcy and estate planning, among others. He is a member of the Vermont Association for Justice and the Vermont Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Munson was a Deputy State’s Attorney, and was past President of the Bennington County Bar Association. An active member of the Bennington community, Munson is a member of the Board for the Bennington Free Library and the Bennington Project Independence.
