I am an experienced attorney who specializes in the protection of software and related intellectual property. These specialties are a natural evolution of a 20-year first career in the software field.. In my early years as a software engineer, I developed arcade games, home-computer games, robotics and other real-time control software, combat simulation software, and all kinds of device drivers and utilities. I also held executive positions in several mid-size technology companies and I owned two small software engineering firms..
