Rob is a lifelong resident of Lee County, Virginia. He graduated from Jonesville High School in 1985 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with honors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1990. In 2003, Rob opened Hines Law Office, PLC with a focus on the representation of injured and disabled persons.. Rob is married to Rebecca Riggs Hines who is a teacher at Flatwoods Elementary School. They have a ten year old daughter, Alexandra Hines.. Rob is an elected member of the Lee County School Board. Rebecca is an elected member of the Jonesville Town Council.
