Anne B. Howard started her legal career as a paralegal. She then decided to attend law school and earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.  While attending law school, Ms. Howard worked for the San Diego Superior Court as a judicial secretary for several years and later as the drug court coordinator for the San Diego Superior Court, Juvenile Division.. After passing the bar exam, Ms. Howard worked for The Law Offices of Beatrice L. Snider in San Diego for several years.  In 2003, Ms. Howard realized her goal of opening her own law firm, The Law Office of Anne B. Howard, in Carlsbad, California. Ms. Howard is an experienced attorney who is currently licensed to practice in the State of California and in the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.. With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Howard is devoted to resolving family issues and helping people with their wills and trusts.
