Victim impact statement.
Official statutory text
As part of the presentence report prepared on each felony offender, the probation officer shall prepare a victim impact statement reporting the following information: (1) the financial, emotional, and medical effects of the offense on the victim;
(2) the need of the victim for restitution; and
(3) any other information required by the court.
