Adoption of Code not to affect rules and regulations

Unless otherwise provided, the adoption of this Code shall not invalidate or affect any rules or regulations which were in effect on December 31, 1987, promulgated pursuant to authority given by law. These rules and regulations shall remain in force until repealed, replaced, or invalidated. Acts 1987, No. 267, § 1.
