Agreements with government agencies

(a) The Director of the Division of Labor is authorized to enter into agreements with the United States Government and any and all other state governments for assistance and cooperation in enforcing and implementing state and federal laws and projects in fields related to the Division of Labor. (b) (1) The division may accept payment or reimbursement for its services as provided by the acts of the United States Congress or the legislature of any other state. (2) All payments or funds received by the division under this section shall be deposited into the State Treasury, to be expended as provided by law.
