Requirement for registration

(a) A production company that plans to operate within the borders of Arkansas shall register with the Film Office before beginning operations. (b) (1) Upon registration and signing a financial incentive agreement, the production company shall include the name of Arkansas in the credits. (2) The Director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission may waive this requirement if he or she determines that the state should not be acknowledged.
