Arkansas Economic Development Council - Creation

There is created and established at the seat of government of this state a council to be known as the "Arkansas Economic Development Council". Amended by Act 2013, No. 1185,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013. Acts 1955, No. 404, § 1 [2]; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-505; Acts 1997, No. 540, § 19; 2007, No. 1602, § 3.
