The Office of State Procurement may promulgate rules to implement and administer this subchapter, including without limitation a method for: (1) Identifying and certifying vendors as providers of local farm or food products; and (2) Determining the means of satisfying and tracking the procurement goals stated in this subchapter. Added by Act 2017, No. 617,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
