The Chief Fiscal Officer of the State shall: (1) Promulgate rules with respect to obtaining and utilizing credit cards in payment of products and services; (2) Prescribe the procedures for reporting, approving, and paying for products and services purchased with credit cards; and (3) Prescribe the necessary records to be maintained and the supporting documentation to be provided with each voucher presented for payment of charges resulting from the use of credit cards.
