Federal funds for vocational schools

Reimbursements of federal funds to the Division of Career and Technical Education Fund Account shall be construed to be income of the fiscal year in which the reimbursements were received. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 2258, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 1969, No. 620, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-513.2.
