The Chief Fiscal Officer of the State shall promulgate rules with respect to travel and travel allowances and prescribe the forms and procedures for reporting, approving, and paying such travel allowances for all officers and employees of the state government or for other persons who are authorized to carry out official duties in connection with the business of the state. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1714, eff. 7/24/2019. Acts 1973, No. 876, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-342.
