(a) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 2-2-201 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (b) Each violation of any provision of § 2-2-201 shall be deemed a separate offense. Acts 1939, No. 12, § 1-A; 1939, No. 202, § 1-A; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1027; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 330.
