Benefits for contributory members

(a) All contributory members of the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System who are retired as of August 13, 1993, or who retire after August 13, 1993, shall receive benefits at least equal to the amount of benefits they would have received had they retired as noncontributory members of the system. (b) The provisions of this section are retroactive to January 1, 1993. Acts 1993, No. 722, §§ 1, 2.
