Distribution of reports to the General Assembly

(a) Reports by state agencies that are required to be submitted to the General Assembly shall be submitted only to: (1) The Speaker of the House of Representatives; (2) The President Pro Tempore of the Senate; (3) The member of the General Assembly who was the lead sponsor of the legislation authorizing the preparation of the report; and (4) The Director of the Bureau of Legislative Research. (b) A report required to be submitted to the General Assembly shall be filed in electronic form. Amended by Act 2013, No. 501,§ 5, eff. 8/16/2013. Acts 1999, No. 1276, § 2.
