(a) The office of the Attorney General may investigate and collect information concerning a violation of this subchapter. (b) The Attorney General may bring an action in the name of the State of Arkansas to enjoin a violation of this subchapter. Added by Act 2021, No. 561,§ 2, eff. 7/28/2021.
