Definition of "schoolhouse"

(a) For all businesses regulated under this title by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board that are licensed or permitted after July 24, 2019, "schoolhouse" means: (1) A facility owned and operated by a public or private school or an open-enrollment charter school; and (2) A public or private daycare facility licensed by the State of Arkansas. (b) "Schoolhouse" does not include a home school. Added by Act 2019, No. 983,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.
