Failure to pay invoices

(a) The Alcoholic Beverage Control Division is authorized to maintain a list of permit holders who have failed to pay invoices forwarded by persons holding wholesale liquor permits as issued by the division. (b) Failure to pay an invoice shall not constitute an administrative violation per se, and the list shall be maintained for such purposes as the division shall determine. Acts 1981, No. 790, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-347.
