Hours of lawful sales - Purchase from wholesale distributors

(a) The hours of lawful sales under the post exchange package permit shall be the same as those established for military service clubs pursuant to § 3-4-706 . (b) All alcoholic beverages authorized to be sold under this title shall be purchased from wholesale distributors licensed by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.
