(a) There is imposed on each permittee who applies and is certified as a responsible permittee an annual fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (b) (1) All moneys collected under this subchapter shall be used to fund such server training programs as may be approved by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. (2) Permittees attending such approved programs shall not be charged any additional fee by the program provider. Acts 1993, No. 173, § 7.
