Official statutory text

At least once in every calendar month, the board shall furnish the Controller a detailed statement of all moneys collected by the board under this chapter or from any other source, and, at the same time, shall pay the amount thereof to the Treasurer. On order of the Controller, the amount so paid shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians Fund and to the Vocational Nurse Education Fund, as specified in Section 128500 of the Health and Safety Code.
