Official statutory text
The provisions of Sections 10810 and 10811 of this article apply to corporations formed on or after January 1, 1980, under Part 2 or Part 3 of this division and pursuant to this article and to corporations existing on December 31, 1979, and formed under Section 9201 or 9201.1 of the Corporations Code then in effect.
