Official statutory text

Notwithstanding any other provision of this division, as to a health care service plan which is formed under or subject to Part 2 (commencing with Section 5110) or Part 3 (commencing with Section 7110) of this division, all references to the Attorney General contained in Part 2 or Part 3 of this division shall, in the case of health care service plans, be deemed to refer to the Director of the Department of Managed Health Care.
