Official statutory text

Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to limit the authority of any school district to contract for electromechanical or electronic data processing work to be done or related services to be performed with any other public agency pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 (commencing with Section 6500) of Chapter 5 of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code or Section 11000 or 11001 of this code.
