Official statutory text
Each school district maintaining a continuous school program in any school within the district pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 22 shall be entitled to receive the same support, but not more support, from the State School Fund due to the average daily attendance at that school that it would have received if the school had been operating under the provisions of law relating to the regular school year, including summer school.
