Official statutory text

The director shall, with the assistance of the Legislative Analyst, conduct a study to consider more carefully the consequences of data-sharing agreements required under Section 12811.5 and the volume of high-hazard pesticides sold in California. The report shall be submitted to the Legislature no later than December 31, 2008.
