Official statutory text
The director, his agents, and his inspectors shall have free access at reasonable times to all premises or conveyances which are used in the manufacture, transportation, importation, distribution, storage, or feeding of any commercial feed. They shall have access to any lot or package which contains or is supposed to contain, any commercial feed, and take samples and analyze them.
