Official statutory text
The written and oral examination and demonstration which are required by Section 25058 shall show the applicant’s ability to understand laws and regulations which pertain to poultry meat inspection and his knowledge of all of the following:
(a) Conditions which affect wholesomeness in poultry meat and poultry meat products.
(b) The anatomy of poultry.
(c) Routine processing techniques and equipment which are used in poultry processing plants, and poultry plant sanitation.
