Official statutory text

No changes shall be made in the uses of the flood plain on California Exposition and State Fair property until the board has adopted a management plan for the flood plain area which complies with the law concerning Bushy Lake Preservation in Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 5830) of Division 5 of the Public Resources Code and with the California Environmental Quality Act (Division 13 (commencing with Section 21000) of the Public Resources Code).
