Official statutory text

The director shall establish and collect fees for the application and for the examination of persons for the position of registered dairy inspector to cover the cost of carrying out the provisions of this article. The application fee shall not exceed ten dollars ($10) and the examination fee shall not exceed thirty dollars ($30). Any fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund and be used in carrying out this article.
